Enhancements & Quality of Life Updates 🚀

Staff Permissions for Reminder Templates-  We have added staff permissions for all things related to Event Email Reminders. This new setting gives you the gym manager the ability to control who can set up and edit Event Email Reminders. This is not a granular permission and instead is now part of the Staff Role "Calendar Admin".

 

Bug Fixes 🐞

Rescheduling Tickets Causes Network Errors- When attempting to reschedule tickets on a booking with more than 25 tickets, a network error was occuring causing the ticket to not be able to be rescheduled. This has been resolved. 

 

Unable to Add Video & Image to Waiver- It is all in the name. When both creating and updating waivers, clients were depending on Approach Support to fix their waiver videos and pictures with a Data Update Request. Thankfully this bug is a thing of the past.

To help us support everyone effectively, please make sure to attend your scheduled meeting or notify us in advance if you need to cancel. 10 minutes late or more is considered a no show. We ask that we respect the 30 minute time limit, to respect other client meetings starting on time There is no limit to the number you can book however!
