Bug Fixes 🐞

Staff Notification Emails Show Event Start Time Instead of Booking Start Time

When a customer booked a specific booking associated with an Event, the staff email notification shows the Event's “Start Date” for the customer registration notification, instead of the specific booking “Start Date” that the customer registered for. These emails will now display the same Booking Start Date as the Customer's Reservation Confirmation.

Editing Entrance Requirements for a Ticketed Booking Alters All Bookings Within an Event

When altering the entrance requirement within a recurring ticketed events' booking, the change was applied to all bookings of that event. Now entrance requirements for a recurring Ticketed event can only be edited from the Event level.

Portal Schedule List View Crashes When Clearing Date Filter

When viewing the Portal Schedule in List View, and choosing the clear any date filters applied, the page would crash. This bug has been squashed and you may now edit and save this date filter without consequence.

Staff Cannot "Check In" Guest to FCFS/Invoiced Events if "Void Checkins" Permission is Disabled

When a custom role is created and the “Void Check-Ins” is toggled off for that role, the staff user could not check in customers to FCFS or Invoiced events (the check in button was greyed out). This issue has been relieved and Staff with the inability to void check-ins can now perform check-ins for all event types.

Cart Not Auto Assigning to Customer from Customer Profile

Occasionally, when a staff member would click on the ‘Cart’ icon within a customer’s profile, the cart would not auto assign to that customer. We have resolved this issue, and now all carts opened from a customer's profile will be assigned to that customer.

A Note from Support 🖋️

For those using custom Postmark servers, the Staff Notification template has been updated, and you will need to make changes to match the new format. These changes will allow your assigned Staff to see the specific booking that was reserved by a customer. If updates are not made, they will appear the same as before.

If you have a custom Postmark server, please email help@approach.app with the subject line “Update Postmark Server”, and we will send you the updated code to input.
