"Unknown Membership Type" in Household View

When observing a customer's household, shared membership types were displaying as "Unknown Membership Type". Now, the shared membership type's name is displayed.

 

Adding Discounts at the Cart Level to Shared Memberships

For our Australian clients, adding a discount to a cart containing a shared membership would cause the total and amount due to appear null. Accurate numbers for both the total and amount due appear once again.


Shared Memberships' Order Description Displaying Incorrectly

When selling a shared membership, the order 'description' displayed the membership type's 'description' field as opposed to displaying the name of the membership type. It now displays the shared membership type's name, as we see with individual membership types.

 

Canceling the Order Doesn't Cancel Shared Memberships

Whenever cancelling an order, we expect that the assets contained within will be simultaneously cancelled. There was a bug preventing shared memberships specifically from being cancelled when cancelling an order. This bug has been squashed and all assets once again behave similarly when cancelling orders.


Shared Memberships Automatically Assign Youth Slot to an Adult

A bug was discovered that was causing Adult shared membership purchasers to be automatically assigned to a youth slot erroneously. That bug has been terminated, and a more appropriate member slot is now automatically assigned.

 

Orders Tab Search Bar Filter Issue

When searching for an order with a specific total, and filtering by a specific date, the search would override the date filter and display orders with only  the correct total . Now searching for any orders of a given total within a specific day can be accomplished for any given calendar date.


Orders Not Respecting Shared Membership's Revenue Category

A bug was discovered that was causing shared memberships to appear with a null revenue category, seen as 'Unassigned' in Quicksight. The revenue category for all shared memberships now appears.

 

Unable to Save QR Code to Apple Wallet

When choosing to "Send QR Code" to a customer from the hamburger menu on their account, the email containing the QR code would send successfully, but customers were unable to download the file to their digital wallet. This file has been fixed, and your customer's QR codes can be added to their digital wallets.


Product Search by Price

When searching for products in the store, entering a specific price would display a response of 'No Results Found'. Your products can now be searched for by their price.

 

Shared Memberships' Portal Embed Code Broken

When choosing "Show Embed Button" in order to generate a code for the shared memberships' page in the portal, an error was created. This bug has been amended and the embed button functions properly for the shared memberships page in the portal.


Reminder Emails Sent to Cancelled Reservations

After assigning a reminder email to an event or booking, that email would send to all reservations of that event or booking regardless of their status. These emails no longer send to cancelled reservations.

 

Portal Waiver Signing Does Not Auto-Select Household Members

When creating a new account in the portal, you encounter optional steps to 'Add/Update Your Household Members' and to 'Sign your waiver(s) to begin'. If you have chosen to add household members, after doing so, those members (when underage) now appear automatically selected in the next, waiver signing phase.


Checkins Page - Something Went Wrong Error

After cancelling an invoiced event that had at least one successful checkin, the checkins tab on the main app would crash, displaying only the text "Something Went Wrong". These cancellations no longer crash the checkins page, and all past checkins can again be observed here.

This email is only sent to your customers after they have successfully purchased a shared membership, and will appear with the following text and hyperlinks:

Thank you {Customer Name}.

You are signed up for {Membership Type Name} with {Gym Location Name}.
