Bug Fixes 🐞
Blank Page Displayed When Scanning Barcode for Shared Membership-
With shared memberships, When a customer scanned their barcode via the Kiosk to check in with their shared membership, the kiosk turned to a white/blank page (however, the notification was sent to the main app successfully). The kiosk was then stuck on a white/blank page and did not register any further scans unless staff refreshed the kiosk browser. This bug has been squashed.
Price Is Not Showing Up On the Preview Screen When Adding a Member for AU-
In the add member workflow of shared memberships, the price(s) were not showing up on the configuration wizard. This wizard now shows the accurate pricing when configuring a shared membership.
New Setting Appearing Twice in Membership Types-
The new save card setting within membership types is displaying twice. Whoops! This has been resolved.
Email Unsubmitted Forms Shows Cancelled Reservations-
For a multi-day ticketed event, the email unsubmitted forms button would consider guests even after they’ve cancelled their reservation. This painful bug has been fixed.
Customer Profile Household Issue-
If you navigated to a customer through a household instead of through the CRM, the check-ins, waivers, and possibly more did not update unless you refreshed the page or reached the desired profile through the CRM instead of the household. This will now properly update.
Gift Card Recipient E-Mail Address Field Automatically Clears-
When a user filled out the 'Amount' and 'Recipient E-mail Address' fields while purchasing a gift card, hitting the 'tab' key twice caused the 'Recipient E-mail Address' field to automatically clear. Now your tab clicking should be smooth sailing!
Booking List: Date Range Filter Not Working as Intended- On the bookings page, the dates filtered to did not respect what was input. The filter has been taught manners and will respect the dates applied moving forward.
Waivers Fail to Sign When Duration is Too High- If the duration for a shelf life of a waiver was set to a number that was too high (10,0oo years-to infinity and beyond!), this would cause the waiver to crash. We changed the allowable limit to 100 years. This will no longer be an issue with that update.
Support Chat Lag- Some gyms were experiencing severe lag when typing responses in the Support Chat, and we were able to significantly reduce the amount of delay experienced when typing in the Support Chat.
Note Priority and Alert on Checkin Not Visually Updating- Although functional, the Alert on Checkin and Priority features found within the Notes portion of any customer's account wasn't visually updating. Now when you select/unselect the checkbox or change the priority, the corresponding visual queues are accurate.
