Completing the PCI SAQ A form for Adyen

If you are filling out the PCI SAQ A form for your Adyen application and are stuck, this should help! Adyen does provide assistance via support@adyen.com. However, this may help knock out most of your questions.

The questionnaire mostly deals with security related to Adyen and Approach. Approach never stores raw card data in our system, just the token which is an encrypted version of the data.

 
  1. On this section, you want to add "Tile Five" as an "Integrator". This is what links you with Approach. TileFive is our old company name. You also want to put your hosting provider for your website.
  1. You can use the defaults in this section, they are accurate.
  1. The Platform = your hosting provider. Account Name = Your Adyen Account Name for the account we are creating
  1. This one is self explanatory.
 
  1. This is accurate.
  1. I would just list your locations + corporate office here:
  1. This should be accurate, as this is for ecommerce meaning online transactions, and no one is physically or digitally storing the customer card info.:
  1. Last signature!
