Enhancement Updates 🚀

Barcode Check-in Updates

We've added some updates to Barcode check-ins to improve the experience! These include:

  • Increased profile picture size
  • Displaying the event customer has checked in for
    • Example: 'General Hours' or 'Yoga class'
  • Displaying what they checked in with
    • The Pass or Membership the customer has
  • Displaying any and all Certifications
  • The link to the customer profile from the customer's name
    • Allows users to navigate easily to the customer profile

 

Valid Locations for Reminders and Forms

Reminder Templates and Forms has a new setting to add any Valid Location(s). 

For Reminder Templates:

  • New dropdown to select any Valid Location(s).
  • Only Staff with the same locations selected will be able to view and edit those Reminder Templates.
  • Can filter by location.

For Forms:

  • New dropdown to select any Valid Location(s) to the Form Questions and Templates.
  • Only Staff with the same locations selected will be able to view and edit those Form Questions and Templates. 
  • Only adding a Question to a Template is allowed if both share the same Valid Location.
  • Can filter by location.

Bug Fixes 🐞

Blank Document View- When selecting 'Document Templates' then the 👁️‍🗨️ to view the specific document, the preview would remain blank. So we went ahead and made it viewable again!

2 Reservations on a FCFS- When a customer was reserving a FCFS event on the portal, sometimes it would allow them to book 2 reservations under the same required membership/pass. This caused the attendees amount to show more than it should! So we made sure that's not possible.
