Enhancement Updates 🚀
Click to Cancel 🙌
Members can now cancel through the same methods they used to sign up, if enabled. This includes new cancelation methods and settings via the Portal and the Main App.
Note: This is an option available for recurring memberships.
Portal: Members can cancel any recurring membership through their account. The cancelation option will always default to canceling at the end of their current billing cycle. Then, if there are any cancelation fees, they can pay the fee and finish the cancelation.
Main App: Admins can add cancelation fee settings via the Membership Type. Admins are also able to set any contract enforcement settings via the Membership Type.
Please note: Admins can turn on the ability to cancel in the Portal. This can be accomplished via the 'Membership Types' when editing a current membership type.
Contract Enforcements: Admins can enforce a contract timeline -based on the sale date- before a member is able to cancel. Admins can also enforce a cancellation deadline for the current billing cycle. So, if the cancellation happens after the deadline, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
If the cancellation happens after the deadline (in days), the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
If the situation is:
- The customer has no Contract and no Cancelation Fee.
- The customer is attempting to Cancel before their Contract has ended.
- The customer has a Cancelation Fee attached to their membership.
Changing Calendar within a Calendar Event 🗓️
Now you can reassign what Calendar you'd like your event to be in. After the event is created, simply hit 'Change Calendars' on the event detail page next to the Duplicate button. All bookings tied to that event will automatically switch to the new Calendar.
"Sign Waiver" Prompt on Kiosk Barcode Scan ⚠️
For a seamless checkin, customers will be prompted to sign a waiver once they've scanned their barcode - directly - if they don't have an active waiver. If a minor checks in, they will be prompted to select an adult in their household to sign the waiver for them. This enhancement will reduce failed check-ins due to missing waivers and provide a seamless way for customers, including minors, to complete waiver signing directly from the Kiosk barcode or manual check-in flows.
